Hair Care Tips

I've been asked by some of you which kind of Hair Product I use. In this post I will explain everything that I do for my hair.

During the warm months (and not only) I used to stay a lot in contact of salty water and under the sun. My hair got a lot lighter but even less healthy. I always have to treat them right.
I use a lot of moisturing product because I'm naturally straight so basically the only thing that I need is moisturing.

FOR THE SHAMPOO: To be honest I use whatever I find in the house. The important thing is that is moisturing, rich. I always do just one rinse to avoid the problem of weighting the hair too much with a moisturing shampoo.

FOR THE CONDITIONER: I always use a mask. The one that I love is from Errezil , Made with Aloe Gel. I always buy it when I go to Fuerteventura and I don't know where is sold in other places but I guess that every other Mask with Aloe would do.. The key is the Aloe :)

AFTER: Before using the blow dryer I always put a little bit of oil in the lenghts, my favourite is from Kerastase, is called Elixir Ultime Oleo-Complete.
Oléo-Complexe Technology: A powerful combination of emollient and nourishing ingredients.

A blend of four precious oils including Argan, Cameillia, Maize and Pracaxi combine to create a luxurious Elixir suitable for all hair types.

1. Pracaxi Oil:
Originates from Amazonian regions. Celebrated for its rich conditioning properties.

2. Argan Oil:
Deriving from Morocco, it remains one of the rarest oils in the world. It is a prized oil famed for its nourishing benefits.

3. Maize Oil:
Extracted from corn germs from Central America. A Kérastase heritage oil used in our first ever masque.

4. Camellia Oil:
A luxurious and fragrant oil, extracted from camellia flowers traditionally from Central and Eastern Asia.

I usually just blow-dry my hair and that's it. I like to have beach hair and luckily I have them naturally.
But if you want to recreate a beach hair style more or less like the picture below there are some few tips.

2. If you don't know where to find it or if you don't want to spend 20$ for it, you can do it by yourself, is not the same of course but it works.
DIY Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray

What you need:

3 teaspoons Epsom Salt
3 squirts Water-Based Hair Gel
4 ounces Tap Water

Pour all ingredients together in a Spray Bottle and you are done!
Spray it on wet hair and then blow-dry!
